Should your neighbor dissent they will have to either appoint their own Surveyor or will have to concur in our appointment as the Agreed Surveyor. As a result we will have to do the following:

Review the proposed works, liaise with neighbours, architects, engineers and other Surveyors in order to obtain documentation and negotiate the Party Wall Award(s). Party Wall Awards must be in place to legally commence works.
